ফার্মেসিতে বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ে চার বছর মেয়াদি বি ফার্ম শেষে যে কোনো ওষুধ প্রস্তুত ও বিপণনকারী কোম্পানিতে এক মাসের ইন্টার্নি সম্পন্ন করতে হয়। এরপর বাছাই পরীক্ষায় যোগ্যতা প্রমাণ করতে পারলেই কাঙ্ক্ষিত চাকরি মেলে। শুরুতেই বেতন পাওয়া যায় ২৫-৩০ হাজার টাকা। তার পর আস্তে আস্তে তা ছয় মাসের মাথায় ৫০-এ গিয়ে ঠেকে। কাজ দিয়ে দুই থেকে তিন বছরের মাথায় ১ লাখ টাকাও বেতন পাওয়া সহজ এখানে!
